Every Extremely Stoked® product is made especially for you and shipped directly to you. It has never been tried on, returned, or resold—just clean, beachy-fresh gear created especially for you. 🌴☀️

Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept routine returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, an incorrectly selected size, or a change of mind. However, if you have any issue or concern, you are always welcome to contact us and explain your situation—we’re here to help and happy to take a closer look with you.

Sizing and fit can vary between products, so please do not rely solely on the size you usually wear.

Before ordering:

• Review the Size Chart & Fit Guide provided for the specific product

• Take your current body measurements and compare them with the chart

• Review all relevant measurements—not just one

• Use the product measurements to compare the item with something you already own

• Contact us before ordering if you are between sizes, your measurements indicate different sizes, or anything in the guide is unclear

Our size guides are provided to help you make the most informed choice possible and are especially important when ordering custom-made apparel and swimwear.

Our made-to-order return policy should never prevent you from contacting us if you have a concern. If something about your order does not seem right, please email us at aloha@extremelystoked.com as soon as possible and give us the opportunity to understand what happened.

We welcome respectful, solution-focused communication and will always respond in that same spirit. Please include your order number, a description of the concern, and any helpful photographs or measurements.

Every situation is different, so we review concerns individually and in good faith. While contacting us does not automatically guarantee a return, exchange, replacement, or refund, we are always open to a thoughtful conversation and will do our best to find a reasonable resolution that is fair to both you and Extremely Stoked®.

Depending on the individual circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include additional fit guidance, a replacement, store credit, a refund, or another mutually reasonable solution.

⏳ Cancellations

Respectfully, because all of our products are custom made-to-order, we can only accommodate cancellations or changes if your request reaches us before the item goes into production. 🧵🕒

🛠️ Manufacturing Defects

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, we’ve got you covered. 🛟 You have five days from the delivery date to email us at aloha@extremelystoked.com with a few clear photos of the unused item. 📸 If verified, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Extremely Stoked® retains the right to refuse any purchase of any item at any time for any reason.
