For all horizontal measurements, please keep the tape measure parallel to the ground 📐
A — Waist
Place the tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist.
B — Hips
Start the tape measure at one hip, wrap it across the fullest part of your hips, and bring it back to where you started measuring.
