5 stars for customer service and responsiveness. The product seems to be well made, but it was too far into the season when I purchased it to have taken it for a swim to comment on how it does with use.
Bra Size: 32DD. I do not recommend for larger bust sizes.
Product Size: XL (original), L (replacement)
Initially I ordered an XL based on the sizing guidelines listed, but the band width gapped my ribcage despite following the size guidelines listed. After posting a review with comments regarding the size and photos, I was contacted promptly by the company founder to make it right. She sent the next size down to see if it would fit better and updated the sizing guide based on my comments. Please see the following for how the two sizes compared:
XL: The band did not fit not any tighter than the bust. The band size is too large for a 32" band and gaps below the bust, yet the height of the fabric at the padded bust area barely provides enough coverage to be comfortable jumping into a body of water. It gives the impression of the pattern having been widened between the cups but with minimal additional fabric providing coverage of anything there. I would not feel comfortable wearing this without the concern of it riding up above the bust since the band is too loose.
L: The band fit properly, but in order to have a comfortable level of coverage, I have to wear it with the band width covering the bottom size of the bust because the height of the fabric is not sufficient for my size.
